Western Turf was founded in 2000. It is family owned and operated by Jeff and Tena Most.   Their 3 children, Jesse, Luke and Olivia also actively work in the business.

 Jeff was born and raised in Ogallala, Nebraska with his family homesteading here over 100 years ago.  Jeff served 6 years in the Nebraska National Guard. He also  graduated  from Chadron State College in Chadron, Nebraska with a degree in  Agribusiness.   As a young man, farming side by side with his dad and other family members taught Jeff strong work ethic, honesty and integrity.

 

Tena was raised in a small town surrounded by a ranching community, in South Dakota. Jeff and Tena met at Chardon State where Tena  graduated with a Criminal Justice Degree. They fell in love, and decided to live happily ever after in Ogallala, Nebraska. Tena is a full-time mom who works with the design, marketing and financial aspects of the business.
